for newborns to 6 years old
A Montessori based "classroom" setting, outside!
Caregivers and children attend class together, and all activities are available to be explored!
Most of the class is open ended and children are welcome to work with whatever interests them (hammering, puzzles, cars, so many options!). While the session is two hours long, families are welcome to come for all or just a part of it - whatever makes sense for your family.
In the last 15 minutes, we will come together as a group to sing a few songs and signal an end to our session. This makes a great natural transition to helping your children leave the park, which can be a struggle! OR pack a lunch and make it a whole park morning.

Upcoming sessions:
There are no current Playgroups in the Park scheduled.
Instead, we are going on field trips to build our community! We have played in a lot of creeks, picked blueberries, explored some splash pads, gone to the zoo, and had drinks in family friendly breweries! Check social media (@happyhollercircle on facebook/instagram) to learn where we are going next. Field trips are free, unless there is an entrance fee wherever we are going (like at the zoo).

Siblings are always welcome.

You do not have to stay the whole time! Little ones are unpredictable, and we all know that. Stay for as long or as short a time as suits your family.
