Montessori Early Childhood Class

for children 3 to 6 years old
A welcoming space for caregivers and preschoolers to learn more about Montessori.

This 2 hour class is designed to support preschooler's growing independence and ability to manage more difficult lessons. They will find activities to help deepen their concentration and develop their increasing sense of order. Lessons will refine their fine motor skills, explore their senses, teach food preparation, and build their mathematical and linguistic skills.

This class is a good fit for families that are considering enrolling in a Montessori school, want to learn to use Montessori principles at home, or are intending to homeschool. Caregivers will learn how to support their children in their emotional, social, and academic growth. While letters and numbers will be a part of this environment, we approach them the same way we do everything in a Montessori space, by preparing the environment to meet the children where they are and creating invitations to learn.

Each class will be capped by group time, where we will tell stories, sing, and practice being together in community.
